In Memory Of
(A Page dedicated to all our furry babies who have crossed over the Rainbow Bridge)

This is a dedication to NY Mews Dreamweaver of Kasiakatz aka "Mimi" who was once a part of the Kasiakatz family and went to live with Trent and Ken in New Jersey and was much loved by them and sadly passed away of heart failure after happily living with these two wonderful guys for far too short a time. She will never be forgotten by us. She was such a sweet and special girl.

Friends of Kasiakatz, Adam and Kim Garrett from Indiana, who bought Punkin from our cattery, a wonderful red tabby Persian asked to have a dedication made on this page to their wonderful boy who passed away last fall 2008. He was much loved and is dearly missed.

Sapphire was a beautiful girl that lived with Ashlee and Burris in Pittsburgh, PA. She was so special that they decided to show her at a couple of CFA shows and she became Kasiakatz first "Grand Premier". Sadly Sapphire became ill in January of 2011. Ashlee and Burris decided that it was time for Sapphire to join all the other beautiful kitties that had made the journey over the "Rainbow Bridge". She is now at peace and enjoying her new life without pain along with her many new friends awaiting the day when she can rejoin members of the beloved family she left behind.

THE RAINBOW
BRIDGE
Just this side of
Heaven is a
place called Rainbow
Bridge.
When an animal dies that
has been especially close to
someone here,
that pet goes to Rainbow
Bridge. There are meadows
and hills for all of our special
friends so they can run and
play together. There is
plenty of food, water and sunshine
and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor;
those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again,
just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing:
they each miss someone very special, someone who was left
behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes
when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance.
His bright eyes are intent; his eager body begins to quiver.
Suddenly, he breaks from the group, flying over the green grass,
faster and faster. You have been spotted,
and when you and your special friend finally meet,
you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again.
The happy kisses rain upon your face;
your hands again caress the beloved head,
and you look once more into those trusting eyes, so long gone
from your life,
but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together...
